Hush Photography specialises in contemporary pregnancy, newborn, baby and child photography in Wollongong, NSW and surrounding areas.

Sessions take place in the comfort of your own home or on a location of your choice and can last from 1 - 3hrs depending on the nature of your session. Newborn sessions tend to be a little longer than your standard 1-3hrs due to working with your baby and around feeding, changing and lots of cuddles.

We like to describe our sessions as casual, relaxed and enjoyable. Our approach is one of a gentle nature and our sessions will not be forced or rushed in any way.

Sessions in your home

Because our best work is using natural light only, we may ask to have a look around your home to find the best possible place for our session. We may request to move a bit of furniture to take full advantage of the beautiful light, so we can capture the best images for you. You may want to incorporate some items from your home into your session to make it more personal, its completely up to you. We will bring with us a selection of props to use, should you wish to use them.

On Location

If you have a favourite or special place in mind be it a park, beach or somewhere sentimental, Nicole would love to meet you there and capture the moments that are special to you. The afternoon light just before sunset is the best time of day for sessions on-location to take full advantage of the soft warm light, however we can also plan another other time during the day that fits best in with you.
