Connect Through our Healing Heart Sessions

blahblah

Healing Heart photography sessions are a safe place of comfort, honour and love.

Our Healing Heart sessions were created as a healing gateway. They allow you to acknowledge, celebrate and honour the angel in your life through a meaningful photographic experience and images that you can keep with you always.

Every Healing Heart photo session is different. They are designed around the unique stories and wishes of each family.  They are focused around the sacred rituals and meaningful ways in which you connect with your baby, as a parent and as a family.

You might want to release balloons, write your baby’s name in the sand at the beach, visit a garden or any location with special significance to you. You may want to focus on something that belonged to your baby or to convey a feeling. You might know instinctively how to honour your child, but if not you can discuss it with me when we plan your session.

As a mother who has also experienced this heartbreaking loss, you can be sure that you can feel safe and respected during our time together. If this kind of sadness has touched your life, it would be an honour to be of service to you in this way. Please send me a note at nicole@hushphotography.com.au.

Have you heard of Heartfelt?

I am proud to be a Heartfelt Volunteer Photographer in the Illawarra region, servicing the Wollongong Public & Wollongong Private Hospitals who need our support.

Heartfelt is a volunteer organisation of professional photographers from all over Australia and New Zealand dedicated to giving the gift of photographic memories to families who have experienced stillbirths, premature births or have children with serious and terminal illnesses.

Every time you book a Healing Heart session with Hush Photography, I donate $65 to Heartfelt in your baby’s honour.

If you a professional photographer in the area interested in volunteering for Heartfelt and contributing something that makes an amazing impact for grieving families, please get in touch and we can chat! I am happy to support you as you learn and grow with the Heartfelt family.

A NOTE FROM NICOLE –

“For me, Motherhood has been a colourful dance between joyous birth and heartbreaking loss. Sadly, I have also known the deep heartbreak that comes with the loss of a baby.

It was an experience that has led me to feel the deepest of sorrow. As I moved through the grief and loss after early miscarriage and Ava’s passing, I felt something awaken within me.

I did not expect that anything good could come from such intense pain yet it has happened this way. I now have a deeper sense of connection to my life purpose.

I am inspired to use my photography to be of service to others who experience the loss of a baby or a child, and bring light where there is darkness. I want to help other families who have experienced this most indescribable loss and that is why I have created Healing Heart.

Understanding the power in healing through the photographic expression of creativity, I am hopeful that the Healing Hearts sessions will create memories for you to connect, celebrate, honour their place in your life and also provide you with a tangible keepsake for you to treasure.”

It is my heartfelt intention to be of service to you in the most respected way.

Warmly,
Nicole x
